Brittany wears many hats here at Myers Design & Build, and she is an integral part of our team! Brittany settled in downtown Sydenham six years ago with her husband and two kids and loves to be a part of this beautiful community in South Frontenac. After receiving her Business Degree from Queen’s University she spent ten years in Hospitality Management. Brittany enjoys spending her spare time playing sports, biking, kayaking, growing flowers, and going on adventures with her kids. Her passion and experience in financial management and customer service helps our organization run smoothly and provide you with a seamless experience when hiring us for your projects.

James is the Lead Carpenter Foreman at Myers Design & Build, where he brings over 15 years of experience in residential construction to every project. With a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, James leads the carpentry crew in delivering high-quality results that align with Myers' commitment to excellence. From framing to finish carpentry, James oversees every stage of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Known for his craftsmanship and hands-on approach, he fosters a collaborative work environment that motivates the team to consistently exceed client expectations. In addition to his technical expertise, James is dedicated to mentoring up-and-coming tradespeople, sharing his knowledge, and helping them refine their skills. His commitment to quality and innovation makes him an integral part of the Myers Design & Build team as the company continues to grow and expand its services. When he's not on-site, James enjoys woodworking, outdoor activities like hunting and fishing, and spending time with his wife Chelsea and son Beckett.

Jesse is a skilled carpenter with a deep passion for craftsmanship and precision. With over 10 years of experience in the trade, he brings a wealth of expertise to Myers Design & Build, contributing to the company’s reputation for quality and attention to detail. Jesse specializes in framing and finish carpentry, transforming designs into beautifully crafted realities. Known for his problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence, Jesse ensures every project meets the highest standards, from full house builds to bespoke home features. When not on the job site, Jesse enjoys outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife Katie and their 4 beautiful children!. Jesse is proud to be part of the Myers Design & Build team, helping clients turn their dream homes into a stunning reality.

As a Carpenter Apprentice at Myers Design & Build, Kalynn brings a unique blend of creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to the team. With a passion for hands-on work, she thrives on being outdoors and active while contributing to the creation of beautiful, high-quality homes. Her love for woodworking stems from its endless opportunities for creativity and its alignment with her artistic hobbies, including pottery and other arts and crafts. Kalynn values the collaborative nature of the construction process and enjoys learning about all aspects of homebuilding, from framing to the intricate details of other skilled trades. When she’s not on-site, Kalynn enjoys rollerblading, staying active, and finding inspiration in the artistry of nature and design. She’s proud to be part of the next generation of skilled tradeswomen, combining creativity, craftsmanship, and a fresh perspective to help build extraordinary homes.

As a BCIN-certified Home Designer at Myers Design & Build, Craig brings creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for crafting homes that blend beauty, functionality, and individuality. With 20+ years of experience in residential design, Craig is adept at translating client visions into detailed, code-compliant plans that serve as the foundation for exceptional builds. Craig's approach emphasizes collaboration, ensuring each design reflects the client's unique lifestyle while seamlessly integrating modern aesthetics and sustainability. His deep understanding of the Ontario Building Code and innovative design tools allows him to create spaces that are not only visually striking but also structurally sound and energy-efficient. Whether working on full home builds or smaller renovation projects, Craig is dedicated to delivering designs that embody Myers Design & Build's commitment to quality and craftsmanship. When he's not designing dream homes, Craig enjoys exploring architectural trends, sketching, and staying inspired by the natural beauty of Ontario.

With over 30 years of experience in construction and project management, Shaun Myers is a cornerstone of the Myers Design & Build team. His wealth of knowledge and dedication to quality craftsmanship make him an invaluable asset to every project. As Ty’s dad, Shaun has been a lifelong mentor and inspiration, sharing his expertise and instilling the values that shape the company's mission today. We are incredibly proud and grateful to have him lending his talents to our team in his retirement.
